I had an overall great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. the hotel facilities were well-kept, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and provided a variety of options. I found the hotel to provide great value for the price.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the fact that it was located in a beautiful region surrounded by nature. this was not enough to make up for the other issues we experienced during our stay. the hotel staff was incompetent and had no sense of hospitality. the rooms were poorly maintained, dirty, and the amenities did not work properly.

The worst aspects of this hotel were numerous. First, the food was overpriced and tasted terrible.

The location wasn't ideal and the view from the rooms was disappointing, looking towards a less than desirable area. of the hotel was the proximity to the nearby shops and restaurants. the staff members were unprofessional and unpleasant, with terrible customer service skills. the food was overpriced, low-quality and not worth the stay. the dirty floors and leaky pipes in the unhygienic bathrooms were revolting.

The hotel lacked adequate amenities.

The only thing worth mentioning about this hotel is its location, although the view is nothing spectacular. A few shops and restaurants are within walking distance, which was convenient. there was a minibar and a tea kettle in the room, which were nice touches.

This hotel is a complete disaster. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
